The product exceeded most of the competitors that I researched and reviewed and at a competitive price that beat all major suppliers. The big difference was Dave the agent!!!
I took my RV into the one of the a/c wasn’t working when they were checking it they found that one of the other A/C wasn’t cooling right. The dealer contacted WW with the estimate and they covered replacement of the one and a new fan motor in the other. The dealer was impressed with WW even though they have never heard of them. They told me it was a pretty easy process working with WW.
Very disappointed in WW. Had 2 basic mechanical issues and they found excuses not to cover both. A main attach rivet on electrical stairs failed, they claim due to rust & corrosion - nonsense. Then had the big living room slide fail. The aft ram that moves slide in and out broke at the attach point, 4 bolts....guess the fine print says they don't any attach bolt failure. Geeez, boy did I waste my money. Beware folks, my guess is they have an excuse for everything and I paid for the top policy that supposedly covers everything.
I knew I would be RVing away from my home area and knew little about all of the working components of my home on wheels. I purchased a warranty from Wholesale Warranties in 11-2019. I invested 7,374.00 in their Total Coverage plan to cover all of the working systems in the RV. Warranties sold my contract to a company called Strategic Administration. They are a servicing agency for the recreation vehicle industry. I had a hydraulic line blow on my slide-out in Lewiston, ID. The repair bill was 1,400.00. The 7,374 I spent for Total Care Coverage covered repairs to the slide, except there was an exclusion to all hoses on the vehicle. They denied my claim. I had a hydraulic valve fail two weeks later in Canada. The bill was 609.00. I had a deductible of 100.00. They reimbursed me 302.00 because Strategic Administration uses Spader Labor Guide for paying labor charges. It doesn’t matter what the shop charges for labor. They only pay from the Spader Labor guide. I had to submit the claim multiple times. My experience with Strategic Administration’s customer service and claims over the last 3+ years was pathetic because I’m not their customer. Their contract favors the warranty company. You had better have every receipt and a maintenance log if you expect reimbursement on a major repair like engine, transmission etc. The Wholesale Warranty Total Coverage was the worst investment I made in my RV. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Wholesale WarrantiesInitially Steve was great to work with in acquiring the extended warranty. When I had a claim they were for the most part easy to deal with after understanding their claim process and procedures.
Very good company to work with. Easy payment for repair company. Smooth as silk warranty approval process. Will never own a RV again without Wholesale Warranties covering me.
Wholesale Warranties has been great to deal with during the decision to get or not get an extended service warranty on our newly purchased Class A motorhome. Steve was and is great in his explanation and caring!
Our first time needing an extended warranty repair on our motorhome was a pleasant experience, we called a mobile technician in the area because our bedroom slide was not working properly, and our water heater was leaking. He came out within a few days, diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts, came out the following week and repaired them both. our microwave stopped working while waiting on the parts, so when he came back out, he diagnosed that, and we had to replace the microwave as well. I am very happy with him and the warranty service!
I bought the premium package for my Tiffin 2020 Bus. Had one claim with no issues. You never know if you are being taken with these extended warranty companies, but WW lived up to its word.
I bought a Premier Wholesale Warranties package for my new 2020 Tiffin Phaeton in February 2020. I have used this warranty service three times since I purchased it and it has been seemless on every occasion. No hassle. Repair services understand the process and there has never been a problem getting the work done and paid for. I will say, that whenever I have had a problem, I always call Wholesale Warranties first to tell them that I am getting ready to start a claim and then just confirm the work is covered. I think it sets you up for success. I highly recommend this company,
2nd time I tried to use AAA RV service and left me hanging both times. We have a Super C and they don't have service for these big trucks. I will be canceling the service
I have mixed review: I'm at the end of my 2 year policy and have nearly 2 months left and canceled the policy. I was told initially by the salesperson that I could get a refund if I canceled before my 2 years was up. That is not the case. Because I made a claim (received less than $300) I am not entitled to any refund. Here is the exact wording from my email: We hope this email finds you well. The warranty company has informed me that the cancellation has been processed. "Unfortunately, due to the very low unused percentage remaining, as well as the amount in claims that was paid out, there is no refund due from your Extended Elite Plan." I would have paid my premiums monthly (I got a discount for paying in advance for the 2 year policy). So, if you are considering paying in advance be warned that you may not receive the refund that they are promising. I went back and forth a few times with them to get my refund but they are not budging.
Very bad customer service. Broke down Thanksgiving week. Called Customer service several times, got put on hold for 45 minutes and longer several times could never get a hold of anybody. Started a claim with Saigon insurance witch it states on my paper work. They called back said they dont deal with WW. Called tire care warranty noy coverd, mechanical breakdown do to road hazard. I 84 Iowa was nasty. 3ft holes, 6in raise going over bridge's. I thought 5th wheel got wings the way it was bouncing around. Speed 50 to 55mph. Never could see the hazards in time. Lost wheel. Did not know untill rest stop. TMPS did not show anything for miles later. Tire mind states can have 60 min delay.
Just had my 1st claim, WW lived up to their word and paid my $4,100 bill on the heals of my $200 deductible. Rosa & John were AWESOME, they really cared. This on the heals of the service mgr at the dealership scaring me by saying he never heard of WW and explaining how these extended warranty Co's get out of paying on repairs like mine with the fine print of their contract.... I'm here to tell you, WW shut him up with an immediate approval of his proposal with no changes. I felt blessed for choosing Wholesale Warranties.
Buying a warranty was a very good experience. No pressure and last minute changes were handled seamlessly. The inspection process was very timely without any significant interruptions. A 5 Star experience.
I have nothing but positive comments to say about WholeSale Warranties! I have used them for at least 3 RV's over the past 7 years. They are extremely professional, quick to respond and offer another level of support when dealing with the actual warranty company (in my case Viking). Though they are just a broker, I have learned to rely on their expertise. One comment, be certain that you understand the different types of vehicle warranty... exclusionary (which means everything is covered unless specifically listed as not) vs. inclusionary (which only covers what is listed). Any negative comments are usually because the customer failed to understand the terms of their contracts. My suggestion is to get the EXCLUSIONARY policy only, assuming you can afford it!
I purchased coverage from Wholesale Warranties 2 years ago to cover a 2005 Four Winds Presidio diesel pusher. In that time I have filed 3 claims for repairs (rear camera, fuel pump and the hydraulic pump motor). Each time, I have had no problems with getting the covered items repaired. Based on my experience, I recommend purchasing the warranty for peace of mind.
The process of switching my warranty coverage from our previous RV to this one was relatively seamless. Because the “new to us” RV is a year old it required an inspection. That was done efficiently and thoroughly. When we originally purchased the warranty I felt then and continue to feel the price was reasonable. The real test with extended warranties is when you need them how well the company responds. I don’t have a sense of that right now…and actually I hope I never do, but rest assured, I will evaluate here on Google should the time ever come. For now, Wholesale Warranties gets a thumbs up.
When we bought our new to us Class A Motorhome, the company we purchased from gave us the offer to take or decline warranty. As we had a bad experience with a dealer warranty we declined, but knew we would need to have something. FMCA sent an email explaining about after market warranties and we contacted them. Dealing with WW has been easy and painless and the price was less expensive than the dealers! Would recommend to anyone looking for extended warranty to check them out.
I had an Aqua-hot heating failure in my Ellipse. Started a claim on-line that night and received a call early the next morning from Strategic Administrators. Bob knew the Aqua-hot system and understood my problem. I decided to find a certified Aqua-hot technician instead of just an RV mechanic and paid him directly. Strategic Administrators reimbursed me a fair amount for the expense. Very good experience for my first warranty claim. Happy I chose Wholesale Warranty.
Thank you Wholesale Warranties and my Viking Protection Plan! When I purchased my new motorhome, my brother recommended that I get a 7 year warranty from you. I shopped around and you had the best coverage at the best price. Well, I guess you always wonder what will happen when you actually need something fixed under a warranty. My macerator pump went out. The repair shop called you. You approved it right away. Fixed the same day and we were back on the road!! Great service!
WOW! My vocabulary is too small to verbalize my positive feelings and experiences I have had with Wholesale Warranties. From the purchase of my plan to the claims process--flawless!!! I can tell you without hesitation I will purchase a new warranty from Wholesale Warranties when the time comes and I can tell you if you are shopping for a RV Warranty look no further you have found the best!!! WHOLESALE WARRANTIES I would give them ten stars if I could!!! Wholesale Warranties is the best value, best customer service, and allows me the confidence to hit the open road without having to worry about breakdowns or unexpected repairs.... I love this company.
Three times since 2014 I have needed to have extended warranty work done on my fifth wheel, and have never been more satisifed! Great company to work with; always fast to provide quick responses and process claims.
I had a trailer brake issue on my 42' Raptor. I went through a nightmare trying to get Keystone to fix it. Forget that!!! So I took the 5th wheel into Bud at Canyon Country Truck Auto & RV and they inspected, diagnosed and repaired the problem perfectly. Bud asked me if I had an extended warranty which jarred my memory. So we contacted Wholesale Warranties and after a short period trying to get my warranty number figured out, Wholesale came to the plate and hit a home run with my Viking Protection Plan. I couldn't be more please with Wholesale Warranties and the Viking Protection Plan. Best Extended Warranty available!!
One year ago we purchased a 2009 Beaver Monterey Sunset motor home with only 12,600 miles. In searching for the best option for an extended warranty I found Wholesale Warranties out of San Diego. My salesman, Steven Motz, kept in touch with me during the time we were negotiating the motor home purchase. He was fabulous in helping understand their product and options. After an exhaustive search we purchased from Wholesale Warranties. Their price was fair and the service after the sale from their claims people has been efficient. We have experienced a number of claims over the past year including Diesel Engine issues with our CAT C9 engine. Each claim has been handled on a timely, fair basis. When this warranty expires at the end of 4 years, my first call will be to Wholesale Warranties for a new extended Warranty.
The electric windup reel for the power cord stopped working. I brought my unit into a local RV dealer to have it repaired. When we contacted you for warranty, we had no issues at all. The repair was quickly approved and the appropriate parts ordered. I was very pleased with the way everything was handled. Very professional.
Best extended warranty service we have ever had, Many other companies could learn from them. Previous company was nothing but grief and this experience was a pleasant surprise. They worked quickly and pleasantly with our mobile RV repair service, Mathews RV Repair, Natalia, TX. I would highly recommend this company to anyone searching for an extended warranty on their RV. Wholesale Warranties is an excellent company.
I thoroughly researched warranty companies before selecting Wholesale Warranties. On our way back to Florida from Rhode Island this past September, our passenger side kitchen/living room slide stopped working. As soon as we arrived back home in Florida, I called our RV dealer, made an appointment and took the motorhome in for repairs. I gave the dealership the Wholesale Warranties info. They called and got authorization and performed the repair work on the slide. The whole experience could not have gone better. Wholesale Warranties is definitely a 5 star company. Thanks for a great experience.
As new owners of an RV, we checked which were the top rated companies for extended warranties and chose you. We didn't need to use it for a couple of years but then our electric step to the RV went out. We called and they covered it without question. We took it to the service place that was convenient for us and when we went to get it the claim had already been paid. We were pleased with the response, as was our service provider. Thanks for a job well done!
Wholesale Warranty is everything I was told they are when I purchased my policy. I have had 4 claims in three years totaling about $10,000. I have never had a problem of any kind arranging repair services. In fact, we were at an RV repair facility in Chesapeake, Va. They seriously resisted accepting warranty policies for repairs. They wanted my creditcard first. In the end, the facility office manager praised their claim experience with Wholesale Warranty's service center. Payment was made with clear and reasonable justifications, unlike past experiences with other well known warranty companies. Thank you Wholesale Warranty, I am a happy camper.
Steven was our contact person and was one of the best at explaining their warranties. I have purchased warranties from multiple companies and was surprised how much detail he went into about his warranties. I did follow up on a warranty I had purchased through the dealer and what he had told me was correct on what they don't cover even though it was the the dealer's best coverage at $5,000.00 more than Steven's coverage. (A major brand, GS) "Great Job"
Where do I begin? I have a friend that is a licensed RV repair person and he said "you better get an extended warranty, because if you have to replace a refrigerator it will cost you about $2000." I was concerned! So, I called whom he recommended. Bad, $3295. for three years, no easy down payment and terms for the balance. I also like the fact that a pre-inspection is required to prevent trying to get pre-existing conditions repaired. The whole experience was great, from the first phone call to closing the deal.
We researched several companies and almost went with other major company for little cheaper price but my rep Terrance was so professional, prompt and knowledge that I changed my mind at the last minute to purchase the Wholesale warranties which has far better reviews from the users. So far we had very good experiences. Will review again after the service to see how truly this warranty backs up the contract.
I looked around at several different warranty programs before settling on the one from Wholesale Warranties. They offered the best coverage at the best price. We worked with Buddy who was more then helpful sending us the information I needed to make the decision. We haven't had to use it yet and the proof will be when that happens. Our Trailer is still under the manufacturers warranty but I will update this review when I first have to use the Wholesale warranty. I hope the customer service is as good then as it was buying the warranty.
