I am glad I did not buy the warranty at the dealer Whoelsale Warranties saved me $2000.
Our Wholsale Warranties representative, Dave, was knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to answer ALL our questions (and we are question asking , comparative analyzing people! LOL) Once we received the quotes, we had time to pour over the options and discuss before deciding on the policy that was right for us. We had a great purchasing experience with Wholesale Warranties, made so by the interaction with our representative as well as the comprehensive plan we selected to cover our RV.
Wholesale Warranty on my 2022 Jayco NorthPoint worked very well to fix my Insignia Oven valve. The worked was performed by WES Trailer Sales Service Center in one day. The extended warranty was provided by Wholesale Warranty with a $200 deductible. I am very satisfied with the program.

I'll start with my aqua-hot I had to drive 55 miles to have General RV diagnose it wrongly and pay them $300.00. Then drive the motorhome back 55 miles. General RV wanted to put a new aqua-hot in the RV. Whole Warranties wouldn't pay for a new one would only pay for a refurbished one but not what the only person in the USA wanted for a refurbished one and he wanted to charge a core charge of $6000.00 that Wholesale Warranties wouldn't pay either also they wouldn't pay for the shipping to get the part and wouldn't pay the shipping to get the core back. Luckily I was able to get a hold of aqua-hot and since it was taking so long to get repaired, and I mean months. Aqua-Hot was able to find a mechanic who was traveling close to me and repair the system. Not only was this mechanic able to fix the issue, it was only bearings and some other small parts but not a whole system but I even had to pay him due to the fact that Wholesale Warranties would not pay him the hours he worked. 2nd Item is the DEF system which the engine won't run or you better not run the engine if you have this problem. Wholesale Warranty employs a claim company who goes thru the small print and found an argumentative statement to use so they won't pay the claim, but when I bought the warranty it was different then. "They cover all item that makes the coach run". This was the sales pitch I was given and last the claims company that Wholesale warranty hired goes out of there way not to pay claim to the point of stretching the words to mean what they want them to mean.Unless you have the money to invest in a Lawyer there warranty is not worth the paper it is written.
Have a few claim that have been seamless, my tech was able to contact the warranty dept and get the go ahead to do the work. I paid my deductible and the work was completed.
Prompt responses and I trust will be fair and reliable service support. The early processes have been smooth

Excellent customer service
The salesman was knowledgeable and provided a good overview of what I was buying. After our initial contact he was quick to respond to additional questions I had. The support group was quick to reach out after the contract was signed They provided all the information if I was ever needed to file a claim. Better and less expensive plan than what the dealer offered. BBB A+ is as good as it gets!
Shopping for warranties is not how I want to spend my time but I felt comfortable with the process and everyone was helpful. The added benefits of roadside assistance and other programs was a bonus. At this point for cost and coverage, I am happy. Lets see when something happens.
