I'd have to go with 4 stars, and think in this case, it may be a bit high. Overall, this was not a good experience. Something happened that caused a delay of over a week to get the inspection results. There were a lot of dynamics going on with the RV dealership, and as a result, they have taken my $5K deposit and won't give it back. Having said that, I will share that the Wholesale Warranties staff worked hard to assist me, and did a great job keeping me informed as to the developments.August, 22
