Process to obtain a very good product for a great price was easy and thorough. We purchased two agreements for our two motorhomes and were very pleased at the product and the cost of the agreements. My wife and her sister were on the last leg of a nearly three month long cross country trip in our smaller RV when they broke down about 30 miles east of Flagstaff AZ. I called the claim number and spoke to one of the representatives who told me the process my wife should follow. She talked to another of the representatives and gave all needed information while talking to the repair company. This initial contact was the day before Thanksgiving and while the repair was approved, she was asked to pay for the repair and that we would than be reimbursed, since your offices would be closed for That entire weekend. She was told that the reimbursement check would be sent out early the following week when your offices reopened.
I called on December 4th and was again told that everything was approved and the check was in the Queue and ready to be sent to us. The following week I again called since we had not yet received the check and was told that it was ready to be sent. The following week I called again and was told again that it was ready to be sent in the next couple of days. The following week when the check still had not been received, I was told that everybody that I had talked to before was wrong and that reimbursement checks take 5-6 weeks to process. I asked to speak to somebody at the “Home Office”, and was told by “Nancy” that she would look into it and see to it that the check would be sent out that day or the next day for sure. Later that day she called back and said that the check would be sent maybe in a week or so.
