More money out of my pocket. Had another chance to use my extended warranty. When the bill was settled it cost me an additional $301.25 after I paid my $100.00 deductible . I guess the under writer Allegiance Home of CSI Care: doesn’t pay full coverage of labor and shipping. Where I had the work done the labor rate is $115.00 per hour and CSI only pays I believe $97.00 per hour. No where in the US or Canada will you get work completed for $97.00 per hour. I did contact Whole sale Warranty and they reimbursed me $193.00, leaving me a balance of $108.25 out of my pocket. It was explained to me that Allegiance Home of CSI Care uses some kind of book to determine labor on replacing parts and the dealer I used stated the labor required to replace the 2 items I had took longer. I had no control over how long it takes to do a repair, therefore it cost me money. This amount is not going to break me, but if every claim submitted does this practice, just look at the thousands of dollars the company would save. BTW, this is the second time I have had issues, the first time Whole Sale Warranty made up the difference with no problem. This time they came up short of $108.25.
