Thanks for helping me with my program. It was helpful to be able to talk to you as many times as I did when making my decision. Also I liked the no pressure assistance. I canceled my good Sam long term in favor of your program I have recommended you several times to contacts over the internet. Sams was 500 deductable and very un flexable to my needs. They also wanted a much higher rate just to lower the deductable to 250.I like the 50 dollar deductable much better. Sams does everything they can think of not to have to pay anything out. I hope if and when I ever need the program I will still find the same help and assistance I received from you. I will call you on the cell number you gave me if anything comes up, which both of hope is never case. Jeff I think you did everything right, I can’t think of anything you did wrong and I am ususlly pretty good at picking out wrong stuff.
Good Sam also charged me a 50.00 cancel fee and guess what, took a long time to get my refund back to me. To me they seem very high price,un flexable for their prices,a disorganized company and only out to help themself not the consumer.
As I said I hope allegiance will prove to be an improvement in the long run.
I’m pretty much done with all aspects of Good Sam mostly because of their poor attitude toward customers and the feeling I get that they won’t be there if you need them. One of my friends had a problem with G S and I had to help them through it G S paid them but it was after our fight. I had to get my Lawyer involved. That’s not the way I want to be dealt with if I have a problem if I ever do. I usually don’t buy these warranty products but in the case of equipment this complicated I think it is prudent according to the risk and investment. I will want to upgrade as I told you when my cummins warranty runs out in a couple years so dont forget to contact me.
