In the next few days, I had some questions which he and Jeff graciously answered. About a week after I paid for my warranty, my 42″ TV needed to be replaced and Jeff and Stephen helped me work with the warranty company, which promptly paid the appropriate amount for the replacement charges. So far, I’m very pleased with the service I’ve received from Wholesale Warranties.
