I was very skeptical at first. I was concerned that I wasn’t getting a good deal. I was concerned that there was some catch. Brittany Malkin was very patient and did not pressure me at all. I came to believe she was on my side, and was not some “used car saleswoman” trying to push a useless warranty on me. I had my Audi tech review the warranty, and he felt it looked pretty good. So I went for it. Brittany Malkin was great to work with. And based on her photo, she is rather hot too!

Brittany Malkin addressed all my concerns. She promised to be there with me if I ever need to make a claim. That is comforting.
