Oil, filter change, lube Foretravel 36′ coach, ISL400 Cummins
Took forever, but well done. They even bought us lunch since we were there over noon. Will definitely return, but will leave the coach. Only thing I
did not like is the “black box” way they run their shop. Can’t get within 50′ of the mechanic. Not cheap, but they did what I asked and did not screw
anything up!
I was referred to WW Williams by Lazydays, Tucson for a power problem with my Cummins 5.9L 230hp. Rocky Mt. Cummins had put in new fuel lines
the previous November. WW Williams found the Cummins tech had run it above the dropped fuel tank and crimped the new lines when the tie up
bands were tightened to less than 5# of pressure. Bad tech.
My description of believing fuel was being starved led to quick diagnosis and repair in less than their **guaranteed** estimated time.
All fluids (oil, coolant, transmission), valve adjustment, front hubs fluid, belts, etc.
The work was professionally done and they left the rig clean. I noticed after taking the rig home that it was 1/2 gallon low on coolant. They sent a technician to my house to fix that and answer any other questions I had. I had some questions on the paperwork. I had a good face to face meeting with the customer service rep and he provided me with a free oil and lube at any WW Williams location. I
filled out a customer service form and got a letter back from their corporate HQ. This company is genuine in their desire to provide customer service.
