Ordered a rebuilt 3862 Dometic cooling unit. Unit was damaged in shipment, they wanted me to bench test the unit to see if it would still function. I said no filed the damage claim FedEx picked up the unit, honored the claim sent it back to World Class. World Class deducted the freight of $60.00 when they refunded my account. When asked why they gave no explanation.
This unit was never packaged well enough to arrive undamaged. The unit they shipped did not have the right hardware to reinstall. They said they would send some after-market bracket that I would have to drill holes in the framework to mount. These people are very unprofessional and although I didn’t use their product I very much doubt it would have worked correctly.
