Warranty work on interior molding, door adjustments, slide seal, day night shade repair and replacement of broken
wardrobe door latch.
These items were done promptly and our unit was ready when promised.
Warranty work on off door slide (scraping on bottom), replacement of drawer, low city water pressure, repair of built-in vacuum system. In addition, had vent cover installed and installation of heavier bed struts to
lift mattress for storage access.
Entire repairs required more then one day as I had added things at last minute. Work was done when promised and
done well.
After explaining my converter would shut down after 8 hours of use I took it to their shop. They called me 2 hours later and said my converter was fine but my batteries were dead, and that was the problem. So I bought two new batteries. Next camping trip my converter shut down again. I called to take it in again and they said since the converter tested fine they would not replace under warranty, but I should replace it as it’s going bad.
Sloppy, uncaring and rude. When I picked up my 5th wheel they had not connected all the wiring back up to the converter. I called the makers of my converter and explained what it was doing. They said it’s going bad and needs replace. When I called Wagers back they said “take it some where else, have a nice day”.
Slide outs were not closing all the way, and the large kitchen slide was bowed. While they were trying fix it they put a 3 inch crack in the body, and did not mention it to me. The slides were still not closing when I picked it up, as nothing was done. When I pointed out the crack they said it was already there. This is not true. I had to take it to a Keystone dealer to have it fixed right. Six hours at Wagers and they wanted to charge me for not fixing my Cameo fifth wheel, and cracking it.
I don’t think they worked on it, though the bill said they did. I had to file a small claims to get the bill voided. When I took it the Keystone dealer it was fixed in 2 and a half hours, and the slides were perfect. They still are over a year later.
