Annual chassis and generator service
Very nice facility. Promptly scheduled an appointment, and took the rig in soon after arrival at scheduled time. They use their own check list, and don’t listen well to customer requests, ie rather than changing generator oil and filter as requested, they did a full service including fuel and air filters which were done fairly recently. That added approximately $70 in parts. Also, the invoice was a bit confusing on amount of oil used (though charge was as expected) and on charge for one small filter that does not apply to my rig. They promised to have the service tech call me and explain, but he never did. I would return here for service, but would be VERY VERY SPECIFIC IN WRITING what to do and NOT do. And I would NOT leave the premises without full and complete answers to all questions.
