Had the rig over 2 weeks. Billed me for work not approved that the extended warranty did not cover. Did not complete other items on the work order. Held me hostage (on a Fri. eve at 7pm after driving 3 hrs to pick up the coach) to either pay the bill or come back Monday and argue with the management! NEVER will go back!!!
