Arrived on the back of a wrecker after McCoy Freightliner refused to follow through on what they told CoachNet. Wrecker put rig into an indoor bay, allowed me to plug RV into shore power to keep food in freezer. Was told they couldn’t get to it till Monday as their Cummins person had gone home for the weekend. Called me later to say they found a bad starter and gave me a cost. I said go ahead when they could. Called me back and said they were going ahead with the work but needed to disconnect the electricity and could I come out and take care of the refrigerator and freezers. Took food out the refrigerator freezer and showed them how to bypass the on-board wiring for the storage bay freezer.
About 12:15 am they called and said it was ready to go!!. Wife and I drove out, I paid the bill ($1008.12) and they delivered it around front. Days earlier than they said and a week earlier than McCoy said!!
Did find one problem though, somehow they cut almost through my 100′ 12 GA extension cord I had used to connect to shore power. They have since replaced it with no problems.
