Wheel replacement and alignment.
The Service Manager, Rick, was very pushy and rude. When my husband asked why our bill was so much more than what was expected Rick began
talking in a loud, aggressive voice and said he had to schedule an outside technician to do our work and that costs more. When questioned as to
why the simple tire replacement was charged at 3+ times the average going rate he quoted some figures that gave 45 minutes times four tires, or
~$80 each (over $300 total plus tax!!), to do the work. We have small van sized tires on our rig and later got quotes at Goodyear which was $100
total to have all four done.
After feeling we had been ripped off, we called and tried to speak with the owner to question the charges, but the Service Manager (Rick) and the
Store Manager (Jeff) appeared to head us off by taking our complaints themselves and telling us that the owner (David Major, we believe) was
always unavailable and too busy to speak with us. We tried calling three more times but were always directed back to Rick or Jeff.
Ultimately, we received poor service at a very high price! The service manager was rude, very unprofessional and one time raised his voice,
lectured us about business costs and hung up the phone without allowing us speak or ask further questions. A very regrettable chapter in our
otherwise enjoyable vacation.
