2012 Ford F550XL I bought about a month ago. The parking lights would not turn off. Truck has a CM truck bed. The truck was not detecting the
trailer when it was hooked up so no trailer brakes. I thought the power was back feeding through the trailer wire harness. Paul looked under truck
and said “Good Lord, what a mess.” I was not surprised as I had already seen it.
I asked him if he could fix it. He said he would remove what was there and start over. After he finished the parking lights were still on. He said it is
not in the wire harness and sent me up the road to Bailey Automotive (another review). The truck recognizes the trailer now. I also set up an
appointment to have the bed lowered, same excellent service on 1/29/14.
