Our brake booster on our 2004 Silverado 3500 failed and caused loss of power steering and brakes. Truck was towed to Lawley Chevrolet at 1:00 P.M. and was repaired that very afternoon! Of course, prices of parts and labor were high, typical of any dealer service department.
We were impressed that this dealer made the repairs immediately when they realized that this was our only vehicle and we were stranded away from home. Work was professional. Service representative was helpful and even advised us that we could seek warranty credit from NAPA for the defective brake booster which had been replaced earlier that year.
