Purchased a new Carriage 5th wheel from La Mesa and at no time during the process did they tell us that Carriage had closed their doors. It was not until I called to find out about getting some items repaired that they promised to fix that the service manager told us La Mesa would not fix them due to the closing of Carriage. I was instructed to call their California location and speak with Javier..
Basically he told me tough luck…
La Mesa sells RV’s by telling customers they perform a 140 point inspection on each unit sold. Part of the inspection is pulling wheels and checking the brakes, yet there were still spider webs on the wheels.
