Alternator replaced under Good Sam Extended Warranty
Had them do an oil/filter change at the same time.
Picked them because they are ‘Cummins’. Scheduling was a problem. When first called they could not fit us in for over a week. We were leaving on
vacation a couple of days later so put it off until we got back. Called them the day before we came home and was told they could fit us in if we got
it to them the next day. When we got there, they said it could be a week or more!!! It then took them a week to get round to us. When they did get
to us, it took them 2 days (including getting a new alternator). No complaints on that repair.
Next to the oil/filter change… They were $100+ more than the competition but as they had our rig anyway, we gave the go-ahead. After I got it
back, discovered they had not changed the fuel/water separator. After calling, they said they had changed one and weren’t aware there was a
second one… They advertise as an RV service center!!! Overall, not impressed.
