Diagnose water leak on in warranty RV.
The soonest appointment was a month out when I called. They have 30 amp electrical hookups and followed the procedures dictated by factory but
were not able to find the leak. They were courteous and seemed competent.
Warranty – adjust slides, repair fascia under bed, replace CO monitor, correctly label tank handles
Fair – customer service is lacking. Took multiple 1.5 hr trips to facility to get work done, broken promises from service staff. Do not recommend.
Warranty work on automatic jacks for 2010 Damon Daybreak.
After my RV was in their service center for 3-weeks, the service advisor informed me that the jacks could not be repaired, and blamed the manufacturer, Lippert. In addition, one of the storage doors was damaged. I ended up driving the RV to another service center, with the jack alarm going off every few minutes, where it was successfully repaired in three days.
Remove and replace front step mechanism shield.
Got us in without an appointment first thing in the morning as we arrived the night before. Front tire was rubbing on front step mechanism shield so they removed it and put it back on in it’s proper position. Very pleasant young lady took care of us.
Our inverter had stopped working after traveling on a rough dirt road. They managed to get us in with one day
notice. After a couple hours they reported that they only had to reset it and charged us $100.
The inverter worked properly for the rest of the ride home, 150 miles, however we lost all use of it during a
family reunion camp-out the following weekend. After the reunion and being without all power, batteries died, I
pulled the inverter myself and found that the main wire going to the batteries was very loose. After I
reconnected and tightened it, it has worked perfectly ever since. I found that they probably only removed the
inverter from its bay and while doing so the short probably “reset” itself.
