Our community is conveniently located between Tampa’s top attractions and the beautiful Gulf Beaches. Join us at Bay Bayou’s spacious clubhouse for planned activities and entertainment, enjoy a swim in the heated pool or kayak in the Bay. 274 total RV sites, can accommodate RVs up to 50 ft, full hook ups, 30/50 amp service, dump station, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, back-in sites, 3 bathhouses, laundry facilities, handicap access, heated pool, spacious clubhouse, fire rings, BBQ, propane, store, ice, biking, canoeing, pool table, shuffleboard, nature watching, fitness center, fishing, horseshoes, picnic area, and water access, and security. Located 10-20 miles from Tampa/Clearwater and 20 miles from Ybor City.

PA is not valid Nov thru April. Reservations recommended, but drive-ups are welcome. Credit cards accepted. Pets welcome – up to 2 pets max (please see website or call for breed restrictions). *Rates: Deluxe sites w/30 amp $39, PA $19.50. Premium sites w/50-amp or waterfront $42, PA $21. Rates are for up to 4 people. $5 for each addl person.

Going south on I-75: Travel to I-275 exchange and continue south to Exit 47 (Hillsborough), go west to Country Way Boulevard. Turn right and go 0.47 mile to Memorial Highway, turn left and after 0.83 mile, resort is on the left. Going west on I-4: Travel to Exit 7 (Hillsborough), go west to Country Way Boulevard. Turn right and go 0.47 mile to Memorial Highway, turn left and after 0.83 mile, resort is on the left.
