Balsam Cove Campground Highlights
124 total RV sites, can accommodate RVs up to 45ft., full hookups, 30/50 amp, back-ins & pull-thrus. Campground offers dump station, restrooms, laundry facility, hot showers, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, store, ice, restaurant, clubhouse, game room, playground, canoeing, boat ramp, boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, Wi-Fi, fire rings, Friday night movies, Friday & Saturday night hayrides (weather permitting), and Saturday night bonfire (weather permitting). Arts & crafts and candy bingo on Saturdays. 3rd weekend in July is Christmas in July, and the 3rd weekend in August is Halloween in August. Campground is pet friendly. Great relaxing atmosphere, listen to the loons on Toddy Pond, a ten mile fantastic fishing pond. seven miles north of Bucksport on Rt. 1.

Open May 15th through September 28th. P.A. discount is valid for 5 days maximum. Discount not valid on Saturday, Sunday, and holiday weekends. Discount cannot be combined with any other discount. No refunds within 30 days of arrival, 50 percent deposit is required upon reservation. Credit cards accepted. Pets allowed. *$2.00 additional charge per day per pet.
Balsam Cove Campground Directions
From Points South (via US Rt 1): Interstate 95 North through Portland, ME to Exit 113 in Augusta. Continue on Rt 3 to merge with Rt 1 (N) in Belfast (about 30 mi). Continue North on US RT 1 & 3 through Bucksport (about 17 mi to Bucksport Bridge). Right off US Rt 1 & 3, in East Orland at BackRidge Road (about 8 mi past Bucksport) 1 1/2 miles on BackRidge Rd. to entrance on left. From Points South (via Interstate 95 & Bangor): Interstate 95 North through Portland, ME to Exit 182 in Bangor. Interstate 395 (E) (about 2 mi) out of Bangor to Rt 15 (S) into Bucksport (about 20 mi). Rt 15 merges with US Rt 1 & 3 (N) in Bucksport. Right off US Rt 1 & 3, in East Orland at BackRidge Road (about 8 mi past Bucksport) 1 1/2 miles on BackRidge Rd. to entrance on left
